For skin care:
1. Wash and dry your skin as usual.
2. Gently pat a small amount of almond oil onto your face with your fingertips
3. Let it absorb into your skin.
If you’re using it as a moisturizer, you don’t need to rinse it off.
For dark circles:
1. wash your face with your daily cleanser
2. Gently massage a small amount of almond oil into the area under your eyes, the massage helps increase blood circulation.
For best results, do this in the evening and let the oil sit overnight and wash it away in the morning.
For hair care:
You can apply almond oil directly to your hair;
1. Rub a small amount in between your palms before applying it.
2. Massage the oil into the end of the hair shaft and leave the oil on your hair after styling it.
You can also use almond oil as an ingredient in a conditioning hair mask;
1. Mix 2 to 3 drops of sweet almond oil to your conditioner.
2. Apply to the hair with paying special attention to the hair ends
3. Leave for 5-7 minutes then rinse off with warm water.
