كيفية الاستخدام
For Skin:

•⁠ Dilute 1–2% with a carrier oil such as Jojoba or Sweet Almond oil.
•⁠ In a 30ml bottle of carrier oil, add 6–12 drops of Frankincense oil.
•⁠ Use once or twice daily after patch testing on a small area of skin.

For Massage:
•⁠ Mix 2–3 drops with one tablespoon (15ml) of a carrier oil such as Jojoba oil and massage into the desired area.
